For sensitives and empaths, this gets even more complex. You might be carrying emotions that aren't even yours. Today, we tune into the emotional weight that might be keeping your system inflamed, reactive, or stuck — and begin to let it speak.

Try This Today
  • Set a timer for 3 minutes.
  • Close your eyes, feel into your chest or throat, and breathe.
  • Say: "Whatever I've been holding, I give it space now."
  • Let any tears, tingles, yawns, or sensations come — without judging them.

You don't need to analyze or fix every emotion. Some of them just want to be felt and released. When you stop making emotion the enemy, you create an inner field of safety — and safety is what softens the stuck places and invites healing in.
