The 369 Blueprint Method™

The Frequency Flush

The drain beneath your healing — every single day

Why the Flush is non-negotiable

If you're killing bugs, you're flushing. When your cleansing allies do their work, the bugs release their debris — and that debris has to leave. Without an open drain, die-off recirculates, and you feel worse instead of better.

The Frequency Flush is that drain. It doesn't take up any of your 9 — it runs beneath your whole protocol, catching what your killers knock loose and carrying it out. Five binding foods, one glass, every day you cleanse — opened each morning by your lemon ginger honey water.

And because these binders are foods, there are no timing rules — no "two hours away from everything." They ride with your meals, your supplements, your day. Gentle enough for an Empath system, strong enough to keep the exit open.

Step One · On Waking

Lemon Ginger Honey Water

Before anything else enters your body, this opens the liver’s gates and starts the morning flush — on an empty stomach, first thing.

Lemon Ginger Honey Water — mason jar of ginger water beside the finished glass
night before grate 2 inches of fresh ginger into a 16 oz mason jar, fill halfway with spring water, refrigerate overnight
morning squeeze the juice of 1 whole lemon into a large glass
then strain the ginger water in, top up to 32 oz with spring water
1 tsp raw honey, stirred in

Sip it before food. Then, later in the day, your Frequency Flush smoothie carries out what the morning water loosened.

Rushed morning? Ginger Soother by The Ginger People is literally lemon, ginger, and honey — premade. A done-for-you version of the same ritual is always better than a skipped one.

Step Two · Daily

The Frequency Flush Smoothie

2 cups frozen wild blueberries binder
1 cup cilantro binder
2 scoops Vimergy spirulina binder
2 scoops Vimergy barley grass juice powder binder
2 tbsp dulse flakes binder
2 bananas carrier
splash fresh orange juice carrier
top up coconut water carrier

Blend until smooth. Drink daily — ideally in the morning. The five binders do the work; the carriers make it delicious and help your cells absorb it all.

The frequency reading

Every food in your Flush has a frequency and a job. Four of them are 6s — Cleansing: they grab the toxins and carry them out. One is a 9 — Elevating: wild blueberry repairs the body as the others clear it. Together, they clean the house and fix the walls on the way through.

9
Wild Blueberry

The master healing food. It doesn't just bind — it repairs what the toxins damaged on their way out, restoring cells and DNA as the drain runs. Must be wild — the frequency of a wild blueberry is nothing like its cultivated cousin.

6
Cilantro

The deep reacher. Cilantro travels where other binders can't, loosening old metals from hard-to-reach places so they can be escorted out.

6
Spirulina

The gatherer. Draws out what cilantro loosens, while re-mineralizing the blood and rebuilding the nervous system it's protecting.

6
Barley Grass Juice Powder

The gut sweeper. Draws toxins from the digestive tract and organs — the busiest stretch of the drain — while feeding deep restorative nutrition.

6
Atlantic Dulse

The final catcher. Dulse binds what the others carry and holds on all the way out — the last hand in the relay, making sure nothing gets reabsorbed at the door.

Open the exits — move your lymph

Your binders grab the debris, but the body still has to carry it out — through pee, poop, sweat, and yes, even tears. All of that rides the lymphatic system, and here’s the thing: lymph has no pump. Your heart pumps blood; nothing pumps lymph but movement. So every day you cleanse, you move the rivers.

The Big 6 — your daily lymph opener. Six spots where lymph collects, opened in order from the drain outward. Swipe through the guide.

Swipe through all six points

The Big 6 sequence comes from Dr. Perry Nickelston of Stop Chasing Pain — a gift to the lymph world, taught here with gratitude.

Rebounding — gentle bouncing on a mini trampoline

Then get bouncing. Rebounding — even 5–10 gentle minutes on a mini trampoline — is one of the most powerful lymph movers there is; every soft landing squeezes the rivers along. A vibration plate does beautiful work too if bouncing isn’t your body’s friend. And never underestimate a good sweat, a brisk walk — or a good cry. They’re all the drain, draining.

If die-off gets loud

Feeling heavy mid-cleanse? You don't need anything harsher — you need more gentle drainage: an extra Flush, more water, lemon water, liquid chlorophyll, rest, and easing off your killers for a day or two. The wave passes; the drain does its work.

Some practitioners reach for activated charcoal in acute situations. It's powerful, but harsh and indiscriminate — not our default, and not what a sensitive system needs.
