Not all bodies are built the same.
Some energetically sensitive blueprints require animal protein to ground, rebuild, and recalibrate. This section honors those needs without shame, dogma, or agenda.
Animal foods are organized by type — red meats, poultry, fish and seafood — and each one is tagged with its Tesla Frequency and vibrational effect.
All animal products listed here are assumed to be:
• Ethically sourced and humanely raised
• Free from antibiotics, synthetic hormones, and industrial feed
• Organic or wild-harvested whenever possible
• Spiritually tested and intuitively approved by you
This library is not about rules — it is about resonance. If your body says yes, trust it. If your body says no, honor that too. Use this page as a frequency reference to guide your own sovereign choice.
One important note: Animal products are exclusively Frequency 3 foods — stabilizing, grounding, and rebuilding in nature. They are not cleansing or elevating foods. They belong in stabilization phases, not active pathogen-clearing, liver-healing, or spiritual expansion phases. If you are in an active 6-frequency cleanse, reduce or eliminate animal products temporarily to allow the liver and lymphatic system to do their work unimpeded.

PART ONE: RED MEATS
Tesla Frequency: 🔷 3 — Grounding • Rebuilding • Dense Nourishment
Used wisely, red meat can help rebuild a depleted system, stabilize energy, and restore life force. Must always be ethically sourced, hormone-free, and grass-fed or wild. Not for cleansing phases or spiritual expansion periods.
✅ Include Provides bioavailable iron, B12, and dense physical grounding. Strengthens muscle tissue, supports stamina, and stabilizes the nervous system in physically depleted states. Always choose grass-fed and finished — grain-fed conventional beef carries inflammatory compounds and concentrated toxins from industrial feed. Use in rebuilding phases, not during active cleansing.
✅ Include Lean and powerful. Builds strength, clears mental fog, and reconnects to primal vitality and life force. Lower in fat than beef with a cleaner nutrient profile. Highly grounding for those who are energetically scattered or constitutionally depleted. Wild bison is the highest-frequency option.
✅ Include — Clean Source Only Slow-simmered from the bones and connective tissue of organic, pasture-raised animals. Delivers collagen precursors, glycine, gelatin, and bioavailable minerals directly to the gut lining, joints, and nervous system. Supports gut lining repair, joint mobility, and deep physical restoration. Extremely valuable during rebuilding phases following intense cleansing or illness. Always make from organic, grass-fed, or wild-raised bones only — conventional bone broth concentrates toxins, heavy metals, and agricultural chemicals. Homemade is always superior to commercial versions.
✅ Include Dense, primal energy that rebuilds life force from the ground up. Wild game carries no hormones, antibiotics, or industrial feed residues — it is the cleanest form of red meat available. Use with spiritual intention, not as a daily habit. Deeply grounding for those who require ancestral or primal rebuilding energy.
✅ Include High in absorbable iron and warming fats. Supports blood building, helps re-anchor the energy body, and provides deep physical nourishment. Warming and fortifying during states of cold, depletion, or blood deficiency. One of the most easily digestible red meats.
✅ Include Rich in zinc, B12, and restorative fats. Nourishes the adrenal glands and promotes emotional warmth when recovering from depletion and burnout. Particularly supportive during colder seasons and grief recovery cycles.
⚡ Optional — Use With Caution and Strong Discernment Organ meats are among the most nutrient-dense foods available — particularly liver, which contains extraordinary concentrations of B12, iron, folate, and fat-soluble vitamins. However, organs are also the body's primary filtration systems — they accumulate toxins, heavy metals, hormones, and agricultural chemicals at far higher concentrations than muscle meat. Only consider organ meats from certified organic, pasture-raised animals with verified clean sourcing. Do not consume organ meats from conventional sources under any circumstances. Not recommended during active pathogen-clearing or liver-healing phases. Use with strong intuitive discernment.
✅ Include Light but strengthening. Supports focus, muscle repair, and energetic discipline. A lean, clean protein with no agricultural contamination when wild-harvested. Good for stabilizing after trauma release or intense healing work.
🚫 Avoid Physically grounding in theory but ethically and energetically problematic. Veal is produced through the confinement and premature slaughter of calves — the energetic imprint of fear, restriction, and interrupted life force is present in the tissue. Rarely necessary when other clean protein sources are available. Not recommended within the 369 Blueprint Method™.
PART TWO: POULTRY
Tesla Frequency: 🔷 3 — Grounding • Rebuilding • Nervous System Nourishment
Poultry offers a lighter alternative to red meat while still deeply stabilizing the body. When ethically sourced and spiritually aligned, it can strengthen the adrenals, repair muscle tissue, and support blood sugar regulation. Always choose organic and free-range — factory-farmed poultry carries antibiotic residues, stress hormones, and low-vibration energetic imprinting that undermines the healing process.
✅ Include Strengthens immunity, supports adrenal repair, and rebuilds core physical energy. One of the most accessible and versatile healing proteins. Particularly helpful during physical weakness, long-term burnout recovery, and nervous system rebuilding phases. Always organic and free-range — conventionally raised chicken is a distortion food regardless of how it is prepared.
✅ Include Richer and more warming than chicken. Supports blood building, reproductive health, and deeper energetic grounding. Particularly useful during states of inner coldness, emotional depletion, or constitutional cold patterns.
⚡ Optional Dense, mineral-rich, and deeply nourishing. Strengthens the physical container after illness or profound loss of spiritual orientation. Richer in fat than most poultry — use with awareness in active healing phases. Best in cold seasons during rebuilding phases.
✅ Include Lean, light, and clarifying. Strengthens focus and helps restore emotional boundaries without heaviness. Useful for energetic recalibration when a lighter but still grounding protein is needed.
✅ Include High in tryptophan and mood-regulating amino acids. Supports nervous system balance and calms internal hyperactivity. Excellent in colder seasons or trauma recalibration phases where emotional regulation is a priority.
PART THREE: FISH & SEAFOOD

⚠️ Read This Before Consuming Any Seafood
The ocean is not what it once was.
All fish and seafood now carry some level of heavy metal, microplastic, and environmental pollutant load — the question is how much, and whether your system can handle it in its current state. For Empaths actively clearing heavy metals, healing the nervous system, and rebuilding their terrain, this is not a trivial question.
Fish can offer rich, bioavailable nutrition — omega-3 fats, iodine, selenium, and nervous system support. But the wrong fish at the wrong time can set back months of heavy metal detox work. Use this section as a frequency reference and always run it through your own intuitive body-testing before consuming.
You do not need seafood to heal. You are not missing anything by skipping it entirely. If your body says no — honor that.
LOWER-RISK FISH
Wild-caught only. These species are lower in the food chain and metabolize toxins more efficiently.
✅ Include One of the cleanest fish available — small, fast-reproducing, and very low in mercury. High in B12, calcium, selenium, and omega-3s. Rebuilds nervous system tone, supports mitochondrial energy production, and provides a compact, bioavailable mineral package. Wild-packed in water or olive oil only — avoid those with added preservatives, citric acid, or seed oils.
✅ Include Lean, mineral-rich, and easily digestible. Low in mercury and supportive for liver, thyroid, and joint tissue repair. A clean stabilizing protein for active healing phases where heavier animal proteins feel too dense.
✅ Include Gentle, mineral-rich, and among the lowest-mercury options available. Supports emotional regulation during trauma unwinding and root chakra restoration. Easily digested and well-tolerated by sensitive systems.
✅ Include Anti-inflammatory and immune-supportive. Rich in omega-3s and selenium. Atlantic mackerel is a small, fast-reproducing species with low mercury levels — completely different from King Mackerel which is one of the highest-mercury fish in the ocean. Always verify the species — "mackerel" on a menu or can could mean either. King Mackerel is in the Distortion/Avoid section.
✅ Include Rich in omega-3s, astaxanthin, and brain-building fats. Strengthens focus, supports joint repair, and calms neurological inflammation. Wild-caught salmon (Alaskan sockeye is particularly clean) has very low mercury levels and a significantly superior nutritional profile compared to farmed salmon. Farmed salmon is in the Distortion/Avoid section — it is a fundamentally different food.
✅ Include Strengthens heart function and boosts brain clarity. Freshwater trout is among the cleanest fish available — lower in ocean pollutants and very low in mercury. Particularly supportive during energetically fragile transitional phases.
USE RARELY — HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN
These options may be considered occasionally when wild-caught from clean verified sources and when intuitive body testing gives a clear yes. These are not regular healing foods.
⚡ Optional — Moderate Mercury, Use Rarely Dense in minerals and physically grounding. However, halibut carries moderate mercury levels — significantly higher than sardines, cod, and salmon. Supportive for scattered energy states and rebuilding after spiritual expansion but use less frequently than the lower-mercury options above. Pacific halibut from clean, verified sources is preferred over Atlantic halibut.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Exceptionally high in zinc — one of the richest natural zinc sources available. Regenerative for hormones, immunity, and cellular repair. However, oysters are filter feeders that concentrate whatever is in their water — heavy metals, microplastics, industrial pollutants, and pathogens from contaminated waters. Only consume from certified clean, uncontaminated water sources. Not a regular healing food. Use only when body-tested and Spirit-approved.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Sweet, soft, and nourishing. Low in mercury but still filter feeders with the same sourcing concerns as oysters. Energetically calming. Use with sourcing discernment and rarely during active healing phases.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Rich in trace minerals and supportive for blood formation and bioelectrical stability. Filter feeders with the same environmental contamination concerns as oysters and scallops. Source from certified clean waters only.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Supports bone health and organ recalibration. Excellent B12 source. Filter feeder with the same sourcing cautions. Use in repair states following long-term depletion only when sourcing is verified clean.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Relatively low in mercury and supportive for nervous system minerals. Bottom-dwelling nature means it can absorb sediment contaminants — sourcing from clean, uncontaminated waters is essential. Use sparingly and with intuitive alignment.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Warming, dense, and rapidly grounding. Relatively low in mercury but carries the same bottom-dwelling contamination concerns as crab. Use only when clean-sourced and body-tested. Not a regular healing food.
⚡ Optional — Use Rarely Among the lowest-mercury seafood options. Light, protein-rich, and grounding. However, most shrimp on the market are farmed (often in Asia under poor conditions) and carry antibiotic residues, chemical treatments, and lower nutritional value. Wild-caught from clean verified sources only. Check sourcing carefully — this is one of the most mislabeled seafood items in the food supply.
🚫 DISTORTION — AVOID
These animal products create frequency interference, feed pathogens, burden the liver, carry toxic loads, or carry energetic imprints that undermine healing. They are not aligned with the 369 Blueprint Method™.
Eggs feed viral pathogens — particularly the herpes family of viruses including EBV — congest liver bile ducts, and block lymphatic flow. Energetically, they create fog, confusion, and lower-vibration attachments. This includes all forms: scrambled, boiled, poached, baked into foods, and egg white protein powder. The "but they're organic and free-range" argument does not change the fundamental vibrational incompatibility of eggs with sensitive Empath systems in healing phases.
Dairy creates mucus, triggers immune reactions, and fuels inflammatory responses throughout the body. It clogs intuitive channels and dulls vibrational sensitivity. This includes all animal milk products — cow, goat, and sheep. It includes butter, ghee, cream, yogurt, kefir, and all cheese. It includes whey protein (see Supplement Library). Even "high quality" raw dairy or organic dairy carries the same vibrational incompatibility for sensitive Empath systems. The mucus and casein created by dairy products directly shields pathogens from immune detection.
Pork filters the body's waste and bio-accumulates toxins at levels that other animals do not. It cannot be energetically cleared or spiritually neutralized. It disrupts the gut-brain connection and slows intuitive upgrades. This includes all pork products regardless of sourcing — organic bacon is still bacon. Pork creates direct interference in both physical detox pathways and spiritual reception. This is a non-negotiable in the 369 Blueprint Method™.
Loaded with nitrates, synthetic preservatives, industrial hormones, and viral byproducts. Spiritually heavy and energetically dead. These are not food — they are food-like substances engineered for shelf life and profit, not healing. Contains hidden MSG, artificial dyes, and chemical stabilizers under multiple disguised names. Avoid entirely regardless of the animal source.
Conventionally raised meat from factory farms carries antibiotic residues, synthetic growth hormones, inflammatory compounds from industrial grain feed (primarily GMO corn and soy), and the energetic imprint of chronic stress, confinement, and fear. This applies to all species — chicken, beef, turkey, pork. The sourcing does not just affect the nutritional quality of the food — it affects its entire vibrational signature. Factory-farmed meat of any kind does not belong in a frequency-aligned healing protocol.
Farmed salmon is a fundamentally different food from wild salmon. Farmed salmon is raised in overcrowded net pens, fed industrial pellets containing artificial dyes (the pink color is synthetic — not from astaxanthin), treated with pesticides and antibiotics, and contains significantly higher levels of PCBs, dioxins, and inflammatory omega-6 fats than wild-caught. The visual similarity to wild salmon is misleading. Choose wild-caught only — Alaskan sockeye is one of the cleanest options available.
Among the highest-mercury fish in the ocean. Tuna are apex predators that accumulate mercury from every fish they consume throughout their long lives — a process called biomagnification. The mercury in tuna is extremely high, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and directly suppresses neurological function, intuitive clarity, and heavy metal detox progress. Canned tuna is particularly problematic — it is one of the most common mercury sources in the Western diet. There is no safe amount of tuna for Empaths actively working on heavy metal detox and neurological repair.
One of the highest-mercury fish tested — consistently near the top of the mercury chart. Avoid entirely.
Despite the name, King Mackerel is completely different from Atlantic mackerel. It is a large, long-lived predatory fish with mercury levels nearly as high as swordfish. Do not confuse with Atlantic mackerel which is in the Include section.
The highest-mercury fish in the ocean alongside swordfish. Apex ocean predator with decades of mercury accumulation. Never consume.
Most commercially available tilapia is farmed in Asia under conditions that include feeding on waste and feces, treatment with multiple chemicals, and production in severely overcrowded and contaminated water. An extremely inflammatory fish — high in omega-6 fatty acids and virtually devoid of the omega-3s that make other fish valuable. Not a healing food in any form.
Produced through the confinement and premature slaughter of calves. The energetic imprint of fear, restriction, and interrupted life force is present in the tissue. Not necessary when clean alternative proteins are available. Not recommended within the 369 Blueprint Method™.
You are the sovereign authority over your own body. This library is a reference — not a prescription. Use it as a frequency map and let your body, your clairs, and your kinesiology be the final word on what belongs in your healing protocol.
Some of you will need animal protein. Some of you will not. Both paths are valid. What matters is that what you choose is clean, conscious, and aligned with the healing phase you are in.
