The 369 Filler Foods Library™
Kill the Bugs Edition

By Jodi Jones | The 369 Blueprint Method™

Filler foods are everything that fills the space between fruits, vegetables, and animal products.

Grains, legumes, breads, cereals, snack foods — some can be grounding and healing. Others will block your healing, feed the bugs, and create the kind of internal static that makes your system work harder than it should.

This section helps you sort between:

• What grounds you

• What slows you

• And what disconnects you entirely

Not all filler foods are harmful. But many feed distortion, spike adrenaline, and suppress spiritual signals. Use this library to find stabilizers that nourish without clogging — and begin letting go of what makes your body fight itself.

How to Use This Library

Not all filler foods carry the same vibration. Some will make you feel safe and steady. Others will pull you off-center and leave you craving more.

Ask yourself after eating:

"Is this food helping me feel grounded — or numb?"

"Do I feel clarity after I eat this — or craving?"

"Is my energy steadier — or spiked?"

You can eat grounding carbohydrates without falling into distortion. The goal is not restriction — it is resonance. Use your body like a tuning fork and let it teach you what stability actually feels like.

These are Frequency 3 foods — stabilizing in nature, not cleansing or elevating. During active 6-frequency cleansing phases, reduce or eliminate most filler foods temporarily to allow the liver and digestive system to do their work without the burden of processing dense starches and complex carbohydrates.

Important: Gluten-containing foods — wheat, barley, rye, spelt, kamut, farro, and all their derivatives — are not recommended in the 369 Blueprint Method™. They feed distortion in the gut, break down the intestinal lining, and interfere with both physical detox pathways and energetic clarity. See the Non-Negotiables Library for the full explanation.

Tesla Frequency Key:

• 🔷 3 = Stabilizing (grounding, blood sugar regulation, nervous system nourishment)

Status:

• ✅ Include — Supportive when clean-sourced and used appropriately

• ⚡ Optional — Use sparingly based on your body's response

• 🚫 Avoid — Feeds distortion, pathogens, inflammation, or energetic interference

PART ONE: GRAINS

Tesla Frequency: 🔷 3 — Grounding • Blood Sugar Stabilization • Rebuilding Energy

Amaranth3

✅ Include High in protein and naturally gluten-free. Calming to the nervous system and stabilizing during intense energetic or healing shifts. Provides a complete amino acid profile rare in plant foods. Excellent as a hot cereal, added to soups, or used as a grain base.

Brown Rice3

✅ Include Grounding and mineral-rich. Helps build core energy, regulate digestive fire, and provide sustained glucose for adrenal support. A gentle, reliable filler that soothes emotional chaos without adding inflammatory burden. One of the most universally well-tolerated grains for sensitive systems.

Buckwheat3

✅ Include Despite its name, buckwheat is not wheat — it is a seed that is completely gluten-free and naturally stabilizing. Supports vascular health, blood sugar regulation, and emotional grounding. Rich in magnesium and rutin — a flavonoid that strengthens capillaries and reduces inflammation. Use as groats, noodles (soba — check for 100% buckwheat only), or flour in clean baked goods.

Cassava / Yuca3

✅ Include — Properly Prepared Only A dense, starchy root vegetable used widely as a grain substitute in grain-free and gluten-free protocols. Provides clean, bioavailable glucose for adrenal and brain support. Must always be cooked — raw cassava contains naturally occurring cyanogenic compounds that are deactivated by heat. Boiled, baked, or used as cassava flour in baked goods and tortillas. Cassava tortillas are an excellent gluten-free alternative to wheat tortillas.

Millet3

✅ Include Naturally gluten-free and one of the most digestively gentle grains available. Eases digestion, supports hormonal balance, and provides light, clean energy without leaving the energetic residue of heavier grains. Alkaline-forming in the body — a rare quality among grains. Use as a porridge, side dish, or base for healing bowls.

Oats (Certified Gluten-Free Only)3

✅ Include Stabilizing and deeply nourishing to the nervous system and adrenal glands. Supports blood sugar regulation and provides soluble beta-glucan fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria and supports immune function. Important: Always choose certified gluten-free oats. Standard commercial oats are processed in facilities shared with wheat and are heavily cross-contaminated with gluten. The "gluten-free" label must be certified — not just implied. Best used when adrenal strength is low and the system needs gentle, consistent fuel.

Quinoa3

✅ Include Technically a seed, not a grain — and one of the few plant foods that provides all essential amino acids. Complete plant-based protein that strengthens the system during rebuilding phases, supports blood strength, and stabilizes energy. Rinse thoroughly before cooking to remove saponins (natural bitter coating) that can irritate the gut lining in sensitive systems.

Rice (White)3

⚡ Optional Simple, easily digestible carbohydrate that can provide fast, clean energy in states of acute depletion. More refined than brown rice and lower in minerals, but also gentler on an inflamed or reactive digestive system. Use when the system needs simple, accessible fuel rather than complex nutrition. Not a deep healing food — a practical stabilizer. Use intentionally rather than habitually.

Rice Pasta / Gluten-Free Pasta (Clean Ingredients)3

✅ Include A practical and well-tolerated alternative to wheat pasta. Brown rice pasta, quinoa pasta, or chickpea/lentil pasta (see Legume Pasta below) all provide the grounding, filling quality of pasta without the gluten burden. Check ingredients carefully — avoid versions made with industrial seed oils, artificial flavors, or unnecessary additives. Pair with vegetable-based sauces rather than heavy dairy or meat sauces for the cleanest healing meal.

Sorghum3

✅ Include A naturally gluten-free ancient grain rich in antioxidants, fiber, and B vitamins. Neutral to gently grounding in energy — provides stable fuel without inflammatory burden. Used in porridge, flatbreads, and as a rice substitute. One of the oldest cultivated grains with a clean, ancient-earth frequency.

Teff3

✅ Include A tiny, nutrient-dense gluten-free grain native to Ethiopia. Exceptionally rich in iron, calcium, and resistant starch that feeds beneficial gut bacteria. Deeply grounding and supportive for blood building and bone density. Used traditionally to make injera flatbread — also excellent as a porridge or flour base in gluten-free baking.

Wild Rice3

✅ Include Not actually rice — wild rice is the seed of an aquatic grass native to North America. Significantly more nutritious than white or brown rice — higher in protein, B vitamins, zinc, and antioxidants. Grounding, earthy, and deeply nourishing without the glycemic impact of standard rice. Excellent for rebuilding phases and emotional anchoring work.

PART TWO: LEGUMES

Tesla Frequency: 🔷 3 — Protein • Blood Sugar Stabilization • Rebuilding

Adzuki Beans3

✅ Include One of the most digestively gentle legumes available. Rich in folate, potassium, and zinc. Supports kidney function, blood building, and adrenal nourishment. Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a kidney-strengthening food. Lower in the compounds that cause digestive distress compared to larger beans — easier to tolerate for sensitive systems. Always cook from scratch and rinse well.

Black Beans3

✅ Include Rich in antioxidants, iron, and plant-based protein. Supportive during adrenal rebuilding phases. The black pigment (anthocyanins) provides additional antioxidant protection. Best used after periods of cleansing when the body needs to rebuild. Cook thoroughly from scratch — canned beans should be rinsed extremely well. Can create sluggishness in highly inflamed systems — gauge your body's response.

Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)3

✅ Include Supportive during adrenal rebuilding and emotionally stabilizing. Rich in B6, folate, and manganese. Should be well-cooked or blended (as hummus without tahini oil overload) for best absorption in sensitive digestive systems. Chickpea pasta is an excellent protein-rich gluten-free pasta option.

Kidney Beans / Pinto Beans3

✅ Include Grounding and blood-sugar stabilizing. Best used after active cleansing phases when the body is in rebuilding mode. Must always be thoroughly cooked — raw or undercooked kidney beans contain phytohaemagglutinin, a toxic lectin that causes serious digestive distress. Canned versions are pre-cooked and safe when rinsed well.

Legume Pasta (Chickpea, Lentil, Black Bean)3

✅ Include An excellent evolution of the legume — pasta made from chickpea, lentil, or black bean flour delivers protein, fiber, and stabilizing carbohydrates in a familiar, satisfying form. Higher in protein and fiber than grain-based pasta. Check labels for clean, minimal ingredients — the best versions contain only the legume flour and water.

Lentils (Red, Green, Black)3

✅ Include One of the most balanced and healing legumes available. Protein-rich, iron-dense, and blood-sugar stabilizing. Grounding for scattered or Vata-heavy energy fields. Easier to digest than most beans — they do not require soaking and cook relatively quickly. Red lentils are the gentlest on sensitive digestive systems. Note: can be heavy if the liver is actively inflamed — gauge your system's response during cleansing phases.

Split Peas (Green and Yellow)3

✅ Include Extremely digestible and mineral-rich. Support blood sugar regulation, gut health, and gentle protein rebuilding. Among the most gut-friendly of all legumes due to their naturally lower lectin and phytic acid content. Excellent as a simple, healing soup base.

White Beans / Navy Beans / Cannellini3

✅ Include Gentle, creamy, and nourishing. Rich in potassium, magnesium, and plant-based protein. Support nervous system repair and adrenal rebuilding. Among the milder beans for sensitive digestive systems. Excellent in soups, purees, and healing stews.

PART THREE: BREADS, SNACKS & PREPARED FOODS

Tesla Frequency: 🔷 3 — Use With Awareness and Clean Sourcing

Air-Popped Popcorn (Organic, Non-GMO)3

⚡ Optional Plain air-popped popcorn from organic, non-GMO corn can serve as a light, grounding snack during stabilizing phases. A whole grain with fiber and a satisfying crunch. The key is sourcing and preparation — organic and non-GMO corn only, air-popped without oils, and seasoned simply with sea salt or nutritional yeast if desired. This is completely different from commercial microwave popcorn (see Distortion section) which is loaded with toxic compounds.

Clean Baked Goods (Homemade with Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Oat Flour)3

⚡ Optional Homemade baked goods made with clean grain-free or gluten-free flours can provide emotional comfort and nervous system softness during stabilizing phases. The key word is homemade — you control the ingredients. Use almond flour, coconut flour, or certified gluten-free oat flour. Sweeten only with raw honey, maple syrup, dates, or ripe banana. Avoid coconut oil or seed oils as the primary fat — use sparingly. Do not rely on baked goods as a dietary foundation. They are comfort tools, not healing foods.

Corn Tortillas (Organic, Non-GMO Only)3

✅ Include A simple, clean, and versatile gluten-free option for wrapping, building healing bowls, and providing grounding carbohydrate energy. Must be certified organic and non-GMO — conventional corn is among the most heavily GMO-modified crops available. Check ingredients: good corn tortillas contain only masa harina (stone-ground corn), water, and sometimes lime. Avoid versions with preservatives, seed oils, or chemical additives.

Gluten-Free Bread (Clean Ingredients Only)3

⚡ Optional Can provide emotional stability and grounding during phases when whole grains feel too heavy or time-consuming to prepare. Not a healing food but a functional one. Check the ingredient list carefully before purchasing — many commercial gluten-free breads contain xanthan gum, tapioca starch in large amounts, canola oil, citric acid, and other additives that undermine the healing value. Best versions: minimal ingredients, recognizable flours (brown rice, almond, cassava), no industrial oils.

Hemp Protein Powder (Raw, Unsweetened)3

✅ Include A clean, plant-based protein source derived from hemp seeds. Provides complete protein, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in ideal ratio, and magnesium. Excellent for Empaths who need to increase protein intake without relying on animal products or dairy-based protein powders. Slightly earthy in flavor — blends well into smoothies with fruit. Always choose unsweetened, raw forms without additives or artificial flavoring.

Pea Protein Powder (Clean, Unsweetened)3

✅ Include A highly bioavailable plant-based protein with an excellent amino acid profile. Supports muscle repair, adrenal rebuilding, and blood sugar stabilization. One of the cleanest protein powder options available — well-tolerated by most sensitive systems and free from the common allergens (dairy, gluten, soy, egg) found in other protein powders. Choose unflavored or naturally flavored versions without artificial sweeteners, gums, or synthetic additives.

Rice Cakes (Plain, Clean Ingredients)3

⚡ Optional A light, low-glycemic snack option for stabilizing phases when something crunchy and grounding is needed. Plain brown rice cakes with minimal ingredients (brown rice, salt) are acceptable in moderation. Not particularly nutritious but not harmful when clean. Avoid flavored versions with artificial toppings, seed oils, or sweeteners. Use as a vehicle for clean toppings — avocado (in stabilizing phases), almond butter, or fruit.

🚫 DISTORTION — AVOID

These foods create frequency interference, feed pathogens, spike adrenaline, damage the gut lining, or carry chemical loads that undermine healing at every level. They are not aligned with the 369 Blueprint Method™.

All Gluten-Containing Grains and ProductsAvoid

Wheat (all varieties), barley, rye, spelt, kamut, and farro all contain gluten — a protein that destroys gut lining integrity, feeds pathogens, blocks neurotransmitter balance, and interferes with spiritual frequency reception. This includes: white bread, whole wheat bread, standard pasta, couscous, bulgur, semolina, white flour, wheat flour in any form, conventional crackers, pretzels, standard pizza, conventional tortillas, croissants, and all products made with enriched wheat flour. There is no "clean" version of gluten for Empath nervous systems in healing phases.

FarroAvoid

Farro is an ancient wheat grain — not a gluten-free food. It is sometimes marketed as a "heritage grain" in wellness spaces, creating confusion about its gluten status. Farro contains gluten in the same way modern wheat does. The "ancient" or "heritage" designation does not change its incompatibility with sensitive systems. Do not use.

Commercial Soy Products (Tofu, Tempeh, Soy Milk, TVP, Soy Protein Isolate)Avoid

Over 90% of commercial soy is genetically modified and heavily sprayed with herbicides. Commercial soy products contain high concentrations of phytoestrogens — plant-based estrogen mimics that disrupt hormonal balance, particularly in Empaths dealing with hormonal sensitivity and endocrine disruption. Soy protein isolate (found in processed foods and protein bars) is one of the most processed food ingredients available. TVP (textured vegetable protein) is an industrial byproduct. Exception: organic, non-GMO edamame (whole, minimally processed soybean) may be used occasionally with careful observation of hormonal response.

White Bread and Enriched Wheat ProductsAvoid

Refined flour, bleached ingredients, and loaded with preservatives and synthetic vitamins that the body cannot properly use. Feeds pathogens, spikes blood sugar rapidly, and clogs liver detox pathways. The "enrichment" of white flour is a chemical process that does not restore the nutrients removed during milling.

Commercial Baked Goods (Muffins, Cakes, Pastries, Donuts)Avoid

Contain gluten, industrial seed oils, refined sugar or high-fructose corn syrup, dairy, artificial flavors, and chemical preservatives in varying combinations. Vibrationally heavy, deeply addictive, and emotionally numbing. They create the illusion of comfort while suppressing the nervous system's ability to self-regulate.

Sugary Cereals and Commercial Breakfast CerealsAvoid

High in refined sugar, synthetic vitamins added back after processing, artificial colors, and chemical preservatives. The "heart-healthy" and "fortified" claims on cereal boxes are marketing, not medicine. These products hijack nervous system regulation and break the intuitive connection between the body and its signals.

Commercial Snack Bars and ****"****Protein Bars****"Avoid

One of the most deceptively marketed food categories. Most commercial protein and snack bars contain: whey protein (dairy), soy protein isolate, sugar alcohols (erythritol, maltitol), natural flavors (MSG derivatives), seed oils, carrageenan, gums, and synthetic vitamins. The packaging often uses wellness language while the ingredients list reads like a chemistry experiment. Make your own energy balls from clean whole food ingredients instead.

Microwave Popcorn and Commercial ChipsAvoid

Microwave popcorn bags contain PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in their lining — chemicals that contaminate the food during heating and accumulate in the liver and thyroid. Commercial chips (potato, corn, tortilla) are cooked in industrial seed oils at high heat, creating oxidized fat compounds (aldehydes and acrolein) that damage cellular membranes and burden the liver. Different entirely from organic, air-popped popcorn — see Optional section above.

Conventional Pasta (Gluten-Based)Avoid

Disrupts gut lining integrity, feeds viral byproducts in the digestive tract, and slows lymphatic drainage over time. Energetically dampens spiritual clarity and adrenal stability. Replace with rice pasta, chickpea pasta, lentil pasta, or zucchini noodles.

Sugary Drinks (Soda, Energy Drinks, Sports Drinks, Juice Cocktails, Vitamin Water)Avoid

Floods the system with refined sugar or artificial sweeteners, synthetic chemicals, artificial colors, and food acids. Spikes adrenaline rapidly, inflames tissues, and distorts intuitive reception. Energy drinks in particular combine high-dose caffeine with synthetic B vitamins, taurine, and artificial sweeteners in a neurologically disruptive combination. There is nothing healing in any of these beverages.

High-Fructose Corn Syrup and Products Containing ItAvoid

A highly processed sweetener derived from GMO corn that metabolizes directly to fat in the liver, contributing to fatty liver disease and liver dysfunction. Found in countless processed foods, condiments, and beverages — often hidden under names including corn syrup, corn syrup solids, and glucose-fructose. Feeds pathogens, suppresses immune function, and creates systemic inflammation. Avoid all products where it appears in any form.

Artificial Sweeteners (Aspartame, Sucralose, Saccharin, Acesulfame-K)Avoid

These synthetic compounds disrupt gut microbiome balance, alter insulin signaling, and create neurotoxic load in sensitive systems. Aspartame breaks down into methanol (wood alcohol) and formaldehyde in the body. Sucralose (Splenda) has been shown to alter gut flora and produce toxic compounds when heated. "Sugar-free" and "diet" labels are not aligned with healing — they are marketing for chemical substitution. Use raw honey, maple syrup, or ripe fruit for sweetness instead.

Boxed Cookies, Shelf-Stable Sweets, and Processed Snack FoodsAvoid

Trigger sugar addiction loops, block emotional processing, and suppress intuitive messages. These foods are engineered by food scientists for maximum craving and minimum satiety — they are designed to override your body's natural fullness signals. There is no frequency-aligned version of an Oreo or a packaged snack cake. Let the craving pass or reach for fruit, which delivers genuine sweetness with actual healing intelligence.

You are not being asked to be perfect — you are being asked to pay attention.

If a food feels dead, distorted, or addictive — it probably is. You can rebuild emotional comfort without compromising your frequency field. The goal is not deprivation. The goal is discernment.

Your body knows the difference between nourishment and numbing. Trust it.
