How to Use This Library
Each fruit carries a vibrational message. Before you eat, pause and ask:
"What is my energy asking for today?" "Am I stabilizing, cleansing, or elevating right now?" "What colors, shapes, or textures am I drawn to?"
You might find yourself drawn to:

A note on quality: Organic and wild-harvested fruit carries a significantly higher vibrational charge than conventionally sprayed produce. Where possible, choose organic. For heavy metal detox purposes, wild blueberries specifically should always be wild-harvested — not farmed.
A note on fruit and fat: Fruit digests best when eaten away from heavy fats and proteins. Eating fruit with oils, nuts, avocado, or animal products slows its transit, causes fermentation, and reduces its healing signal. Eat fruit first — ideally in the morning — and let it do its work unimpeded.

Manuka is the warrior of the honey world. Sourced from the manuka tree in New Zealand, this rare honey carries exceptionally potent antibacterial, antifungal, and immune-strengthening properties beyond standard raw honey. Used for gut repair, immune recalibration, and energetic protection. Use sparingly and with intention — it is medicine, not a condiment.
Maple syrup is plant plasma — mineral-rich tree sap delivering stable, usable glucose and healing intelligence. ⚠️ A Note On Sugar to Avoid
Refined white sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, agave (highly processed), artificial sweeteners (aspartame, sucralose, saccharin), and synthetic sugar alcohols (erythritol in processed forms) are not frequency-aligned sweeteners. They spike adrenaline, feed pathogens, disrupt gut microbiome balance, and create energetic chaos in sensitive systems. They are not in this library because they are not healing tools.
If you're working on killing the bugs — refined sugar is their favorite food. Removing it is not restriction. It is strategy.
