The 369 Healing Nuts & Seeds Library™
Kill the Bugs Edition — v1 Final

By Jodi Jones | The 369 Blueprint Method™

Nuts and seeds carry dense energy — and that's not always a bad thing.

These foods are grounding by nature, rich in fats, minerals, and amino acids that help rebuild depleted nervous systems and keep energy steady during high-frequency healing work. But they can also hold mold, place burden on the liver, and feed inflammation if used too often or chosen without awareness.

This library breaks down which nuts and seeds are truly supportive (especially for the brain, adrenals, and hormones), which are neutral or situational, and which should be avoided due to energetic disruption or toxic load. Each item is mapped to its Tesla Frequency so you can match your current healing phase — Stabilizing (3), Cleansing (6), or Elevating (9) — to the food that best supports it.

⚠️ Critical Context: Nuts, Seeds, and Fat During Active Healing

Within the 369 Blueprint Method™, fat suppresses the liver's ability to cleanse and allows viruses and pathogens to thrive. This includes healthy fats from nuts and seeds. During active pathogen-clearing, parasite protocols, or heavy liver-healing phases, minimize all nut and seed intake. They belong primarily in the Stabilizing (3) phase — when the system needs rebuilding and grounding — not during active 6-frequency cleansing.

General guidance:

• Eat nuts and seeds in small amounts — a small handful, not a bowlful

• Always choose raw, organic, and properly sourced

• Soak raw nuts and seeds before eating when possible — soaking removes enzyme inhibitors, reduces phytic acid, improves mineral absorption, and reduces the digestive and liver burden

• Avoid roasted nuts with added oils, salt, sugar coatings, or artificial flavoring — these are distortion foods regardless of the nut itself

• Mold is a serious concern with nuts and seeds. Aflatoxins — mold-derived toxins that accumulate in nuts — directly burden the liver and feed the toxic load you are trying to clear. Source carefully, store in airtight containers in the refrigerator or freezer, and discard any that smell off or show discoloration

Tesla Frequency Key:

• 🔷 3 = Stabilizing (grounding, nervous system nourishment, adrenal rebuilding)

• 🔶 6 = Cleansing (liver activation, pathogen clearing, lymphatic movement)

• 💠 9 = Elevating (consciousness support, spiritual clarity, neural elevation)

Status:

• ✅ Include — High-vibration, usable for healing in most protocols

• ⚡ Optional — Use occasionally based on your needs and body's response

• 🚫 Avoid — Disruptive, toxic, or too burdened to support true healing

PART ONE: NUTS
Acorns3

⚡ Optional Traditionally used as a survival and famine food. High in tannins and require thorough leaching and preparation before they are digestible. Offer grounding energy and trace minerals but carry a digestive burden that makes them unsuitable for regular use. Use only if strongly drawn to them and always prepare properly.

Almonds (Raw, Soaked)3

✅ Include One of the most supportive nuts for adrenal health, blood sugar regulation, and nervous system stabilization. When raw and soaked overnight, almonds are significantly easier to digest and their electrical, mineral-rich energy is more bioavailable. Almond butter in unsweetened, raw form can be supportive in moderation during transition and stabilizing phases. Always choose organic and avoid all flavored, roasted, or oil-coated forms.

Andean Walnuts3

⚡ Optional A lesser-known walnut variety similar to black walnuts. Grounding and mineral-rich but bitter and potentially reactive for sensitive digestive systems. Can be used occasionally and in small amounts. Not commonly available — if you find them, treat them as you would black walnuts.

Argan Nuts6

⚡ Optional More commonly known in its oil form, argan is used primarily for liver and skin support rather than direct consumption as a whole nut. The nut itself is not typically eaten. If using argan oil, cold-pressed and unrefined is the only acceptable form. Energetically activates liver pathways but not a practical regular healing food.

Beech Nuts3

⚡ Optional Historically used as a survival food. Offer minor minerals and grounding energy but carry tannins and potential digestive irritation. Not harmful in small doses but not particularly energetically supportive of healing momentum. Use only occasionally and in very small amounts.

Betel Nuts (Areca catechu)9

🚫 Avoid Used in some cultural and ceremonial contexts but carry significant health risks. Regular chewing of betel nut is associated with oral cancers, carcinogenic compounds, and endocrine disruption. Energetically disruptive to the pineal gland and endocrine system. Do not use in any healing protocol.

Bitter Almonds6

🚫 Avoid Contain naturally occurring amygdalin which converts to cyanide compounds in the body. Considered toxic in most healing systems. Not safe to consume in any amount. Not to be used during any phase of the healing process.

Black Walnuts6

✅ Include A powerful antiparasitic food used in detox protocols. Black walnuts contain juglone — a compound that kills parasites, helps clear pathogens, and creates an inhospitable terrain for fungal and bacterial overgrowth in the gut and liver. Strong in both flavor and medicine. Best used seasonally or in short cycles during active cleansing phases rather than daily long-term.

Brazil Nuts3

✅ Include — 1 to 2 Per Day Only One of the richest natural sources of selenium on the planet. Supports thyroid function, immune system activation, and reproductive hormone balance. The selenium in Brazil nuts activates glutathione peroxidase — one of the body's primary antioxidant enzymes. One to two per day is the ideal therapeutic dose — more than that can create selenium overload over time, which burdens the liver. Do not eat handfuls. Treat as medicine.

Bread Nut6

⚡ Optional Related to jackfruit, this starchy nut provides food energy and some cleansing support but is not a primary healing food. Can be used as a caloric fallback during carbohydrate-rebuilding phases. Not ideal for active cleansing protocols.

Butternuts (White Walnuts)3

⚡ Optional Similar to walnuts in flavor and nutritional profile but higher in fat and more prone to oxidation. Use occasionally in grounding meals but do not rely on them during active healing phases. Always source fresh — rancid butternuts are worse than none at all.

Canarium Nuts (Pili Nuts)3

⚡ Optional High in fat and sometimes mold-prone. Provides stable minerals and a butter-like texture that can be useful for liver bile stimulation in very small amounts. Source carefully — poor-quality pili nuts carry significant mold risk. Use sparingly and only from verified clean sources.

Cashews3

⚡ Optional — Use Sparingly Creamy and popular, but cashews are one of the more mucus-forming nuts and among the more mold-prone in the nut family. They place a notable burden on the liver and are harder to digest than most other nuts. Use sparingly and only in clean, raw, soaked form. Not ideal during active viral, fungal, or liver healing phases. If your body reacts with congestion, brain fog, or digestive upset after eating cashews, remove them temporarily.

Chestnuts (European)3

✅ Include Unique among nuts for being low in fat and high in healing carbohydrates — making them exceptional for nervous system and adrenal support without the liver burden of high-fat nuts. Gentle, grounding, and excellent for blood sugar stabilization. A healing food particularly supportive in winter months and during nervous system repair phases.

Chinese Chestnut3

✅ Include Shares the healing profile of European chestnuts. Supports spleen health, digestion, and gentle glucose restoration. Lightly roasted or steamed is the ideal preparation.

English Walnut (Walnuts)3

✅ Include Brain-shaped for a reason — one of the most brain-supportive nuts available. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and polyphenols that support neural repair, hormone balance, and cognitive restoration. Also supports grief processing and emotional integration. Always soak before eating to reduce bitterness, improve digestibility, and maximize mineral absorption. Store in the refrigerator to prevent rancidity.

Filberts (Hazelnuts)3

✅ Include Supportive for reproductive hormone balance, myelin sheath repair, and energetic centering. Rich in vitamin E and B vitamins. Nourishing and emotionally comforting, especially during colder seasons or grief cycles. Soak before eating when possible.

Ginkgo Nuts9

🚫 Avoid Despite the ginkgo plant's well-known use in cognitive supplements, the raw nuts contain ginkgotoxin and can cause seizures and toxicity, particularly in children. Not recommended for sensitive systems in any amount. Use the leaf extract in supplement form (see Herbs Library) rather than consuming the nuts.

Gorgon Nuts (Fox Nuts / Makhana)3

✅ Include Common in Ayurvedic healing traditions. Soothe digestion, support sleep regulation, and ground anxiety in the nervous system. Low in fat and easy to digest compared to most nuts. Air-popped or lightly roasted is the ideal preparation. Supportive during frequency recalibration, sleep disruption, and adrenal rebuilding phases.

Hickory Nuts3

✅ Include High in clean fat and deeply ancestral in their grounding quality. Spiritually grounding and emotionally comforting, particularly during grief processing and root chakra repair phases. Use during emotional anchoring work and rebuilding after significant energetic depletion.

Horse Chestnuts

🚫 Avoid Toxic and completely inedible in raw form. Contain aesculin — a compound that causes serious poisoning including vomiting, neurological symptoms, and potentially death. Not edible in any form. Sometimes confused with sweet chestnuts — they look similar but are not the same plant. True chestnuts have a pointed tip and a flat base. Horse chestnuts are rounder. Do not consume.

Java Almond (Terminalia catappa / Tropical Almond)3

✅ Include Contains cooling and antioxidant-rich compounds. Grounding yet lightly astringent, it supports cellular hydration and heart-centered emotional restoration. More common in tropical regions — if available, treat as you would regular almonds.

Kola Nuts6

⚡ Optional — Rare Ceremonial Use Only A natural caffeine-containing stimulant used traditionally in West African cultures for mental focus and ceremonial purposes. Stimulates circulation and mental sharpness but is too activating for regular use in sensitive Empath nervous systems. Not recommended as a regular healing food.

Macadamia Nuts3

✅ Include Creamy and deeply nourishing to the nervous system and adrenal glands. Rich in monounsaturated fats and manganese. Particularly supportive for hormonal balance, emotional softening, and feminine energy restoration during burnout recovery. Use in small amounts — their high fat content means they are best in stabilizing phases, not active cleansing phases.

Pecans3

✅ Include Emotionally comforting and deeply grounding. Rich in zinc, magnesium, and antioxidants. Particularly useful during heart healing, grief cycles, and ancestral integration work. Best when raw or very lightly toasted without added oils. Soak before eating when possible.

Pili Nuts3

✅ Include Velvety, rich, and nutrient-dense. Provide deep mineral replenishment — particularly magnesium and phosphorus. Supportive for adrenal healing and gentle energetic anchoring after intense expansion phases. Source carefully from verified, mold-free suppliers. Use in small amounts.

Pine Nuts3

✅ Include Ancient conifer seeds with a distinctly stabilizing and grounding energy. Rich in zinc, magnesium, and monounsaturated fats. Support adrenal function, blood sugar balance, and gentle emotional grounding. Note: a small number of people experience "pine mouth" — a metallic taste disturbance lasting days to weeks after eating certain pine nut varieties. If this occurs, it resolves on its own.

Pistachios3

✅ Include — Source Carefully for Mold Supports mood stability, eye health, and emotional lightness through their joyful vibrational quality. Rich in B6, antioxidants, and complete protein profile among nuts. However, pistachios are one of the most aflatoxin-prone nuts available — poor storage creates significant mold accumulation that burdens the liver. Always buy from reputable suppliers, choose roasted-in-shell over pre-shelled when possible (the shell offers some mold protection), and store in the refrigerator. Discard any that smell musty or appear discolored.

Sacha Inchi (Inca Peanut)3

✅ Include A seed nut native to South America that is exceptionally high in plant-based omega-3 fatty acids — making it one of the best nut sources for brain health and emotional cognition. Supports nervous system rebuilding and integration after energetic overwhelm or viral load depletion. Best used post-active-cleansing as a rebuilding food rather than during heavy clearing phases. Can be used in both nut and seed form.

Sesame Seeds (listed under Seeds) See Seeds section below.

Tiger Nuts (Tubers)3

✅ Include Not a true nut but a tuber — one of the highest prebiotic fiber foods available. Deeply stabilizing, sweet, and nourishing. Supports digestive microbiome health, hormonal balance, blood sugar regulation, and root chakra grounding. An ancient food with a distinctly warm, stabilizing frequency. Excellent as tiger nut milk or eaten whole as a snack.

Walnuts See English Walnut entry above — same nut.

PART TWO: SEEDS

Seeds are concentrated codes of life force.

These tiny powerhouses hold the blueprint of an entire plant — and when used with intention, they can activate deep levels of cellular healing, detox, and regeneration. But not all seeds serve your highest frequency.

Some are grounding and rich in omega fats, supporting the nervous system and adrenals (Tesla 3). Others are mobilizers, helping flush the liver, clear pathogens, or move stagnant waste (Tesla 6). A few carry sharp spiritual-clearing frequencies that break through dense energetic fields (Tesla 9). And some are simply better left alone.

Basil Seeds (Sabja / Tukmaria)3

✅ Include Used in Ayurvedic traditions for cooling the body, supporting digestion, and relieving anxiety. Similar to chia seeds in their mucilaginous, hydrating function but energetically more soothing. An excellent nervous system ally for adrenal fatigue, hormonal shifts, and heat-driven inflammation. Soak fully before consuming — dry basil seeds can absorb water from the digestive tract and cause bloating in sensitive systems.

Black Cumin Seeds (Nigella sativa / Black Seed)69

✅ Include Known across many traditions as "the seed of blessing." Carries powerful immune-clearing and pathogen-fighting properties backed by an extraordinary amount of research. Active compound thymoquinone supports antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory activity simultaneously. Spiritually sharp — helps clear toxic energetic residue from the body, liver, and field. A powerful tool for Empaths in parasite clearing and spiritual recalibration. Use as seeds, cold-pressed oil, or capsules.

Caraway Seeds6

⚡ Optional Supports digestion, eases gas and bloating, and mildly stimulates bile production. An effective short-term digestive aid but not a long-term primary healing food. Best used as a spice or tea during moments of acute gut disruption, bloating, or cramping.

Celery Seeds6

⚡ Optional Carry diuretic properties useful for flushing uric acid crystals, reducing fluid retention, and supporting kidney filtration. Particularly useful for inflammatory joint patterns like gout or arthritis. Can be too drying if overused in systems that are already dehydrated or adrenally depleted. Use in teas or tinctures during targeted inflammatory clearing phases.

Chia Seeds3

✅ Include One of the most Empath-friendly seeds available. Hold a hydrating and energetically buffering vibration that protects the nervous system during high-frequency detox and cleansing phases. Rich in omega-3s, calcium, magnesium, and soluble fiber. Support blood sugar buffering, energetic insulation, and sustained hydration. Always soak fully in water or coconut water before consuming — unsoaked chia seeds can cause bloating and draw moisture from the intestinal lining.

Cilantro Seeds (Coriander Seeds)6

✅ Include Coriander seeds (the dried seed of the cilantro plant) support liver and gallbladder function, stimulate digestive enzymes, and assist in heavy metal mobilization — complementing the fresh cilantro leaf's role in the Heavy Metal Detox Protocol. Anti-inflammatory and carminative. Use as a spice in healing meals, as a tea, or lightly crushed in water.

Cucumber Seeds36

✅ Include Cooling, anti-inflammatory, and deeply hydrating. Most often consumed as part of eating a whole cucumber, but they carry specific liver-cleansing and mineralizing properties in their own right. Support cellular repair — particularly in heat-driven symptoms like skin inflammation, liver stagnation, and eczema. Eat cucumbers with their seeds whenever possible.

Cumin Seeds6

✅ Include A deeply medicinal spice seed that supports digestion, bile production, and liver detoxification. Activates digestive fire and helps move stagnant gut energy. Rich in iron and antioxidants. Best used in small amounts in cooked healing meals — particularly soups, stews, and grain bowls. A warming, activating spice that should be used with awareness in inflamed or already overheated systems.

Dill Seeds6

⚡ Optional Supports bloating, gas relief, and uterine cramping. Carries a light, mobilizing frequency that is helpful during menstrual cycles, post-partum recovery, or gut repair phases. Can be energetically sharp for already-sensitive systems. Best used as a situational ally — in herbal tea or as a spice — rather than as a daily healing food.

Fennel Seeds69

✅ Include Sacred to gut repair in the healing tradition. Clears old food debris, soothes and heals the intestinal lining, and harmonizes bloated and distorted gut energy. Also carries an elevating quality — when digestion is clear and the gut is calm, the third eye opens more readily. Use in tea after meals, as a digestive reset, or during post-cleanse integration phases. Chewing a small pinch of fennel seeds after meals is a time-honored digestive ritual.

Fenugreek Seeds6

✅ Include A powerful medicinal seed that supports blood sugar regulation, liver detoxification, bile production, and lymphatic movement. Rich in soluble fiber that binds cholesterol and toxins in the gut for elimination. Anti-inflammatory and hormone-supportive — particularly helpful for women with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, or estrogen disruption patterns. Soaking overnight reduces bitterness. Can be used as tea, sprouted, or ground as a spice. A particularly valuable addition for Empaths with blood sugar instability and liver congestion.

Flaxseeds (Ground)36

✅ Include A dual-frequency seed with both detox and hormone-regulating benefits. Rich in omega-3s and lignan compounds that gently modulate estrogen and bind excess hormones for elimination through the colon. The soluble fiber sweeps toxins through the digestive tract. Must be ground (not whole) for the body to access the nutrients — whole flaxseeds pass through undigested. Grind fresh and use immediately or store ground flax in the freezer to prevent oxidation of the omega fats.

Grape Seeds6

✅ Include Tiny but extraordinarily potent. Among the richest sources of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) — powerful antioxidants that support blood vessel integrity, lymphatic detox, and skin repair. Proanthocyanidins cross the blood-brain barrier and support neurological protection. Best consumed in whole seeded grape form (eat the seeds when eating grapes) or in clean grape seed extract format. See also Grapes in the Fruits Library.

Hemp Seeds (Hemp Hearts)3

✅ Include One of the cleanest and most Empath-aligned seeds available. Rich in plant-based complete protein, omega-3 and omega-6 in ideal ratio, and magnesium. Deeply grounding and nourishing to the adrenals, brain, and reproductive system. Do not require soaking — hemp hearts are ready to eat. Best used raw, sprinkled on healing bowls and smoothies. Support energetic insulation and emotional stability in sensitive bodies.

Lotus Seeds3

✅ Include Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries as a calming and stabilizing food for the heart and nervous system. Support sleep regulation, anxiety reduction, and emotional grounding. Rich in magnesium, phosphorus, and B vitamins. Carry a sacred, peaceful frequency that is particularly supportive for Empaths in states of emotional agitation or spiritual disorientation. Available dried, in soups, or popped like popcorn.

Mustard Seeds6

⚡ Optional Used to stimulate circulation, clear mucus, and activate the digestive system. Sharp and mobilizing but can be too intense for inflamed, overheated, or already-reactive systems. Helpful as a spice in moments of stagnation and sluggishness. Use in small amounts in cooked meals — not for concentrated supplemental use.

Papaya Seeds69

✅ Include — Short-Term Cleansing Cycles Only Papaya seeds are potent pathogen-clearing agents — particularly effective against intestinal parasites and liver toxicity. Contain papain and carpaine which create a hostile environment for parasites and support digestive enzyme activity. Use in short bursts during active parasite-clearing cycles — a small amount of fresh seeds eaten with the papaya fruit is the most accessible approach. Do not use daily or long-term as high doses can be harsh on the gut lining and potentially toxic in excess. Energetically sharp and powerful during emotional and spiritual detox phases.

Pomegranate Seeds (Arils)9

✅ Include These jewel-toned seeds are among the most antioxidant-rich foods on earth. Restore blood strength, support hormone balance, and carry a vibrant life-force energy that elevates the emotional and energetic field. Rich in ellagic acid, punicalagins, and natural glucose. Support heart health, reproductive function, and spiritual resilience. Excellent eaten whole, in smoothies, or as a juice. See also Pomegranate in the Fruits Library.

Poppy Seeds3

⚡ Optional Mildly calming and grounding. Rich in calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Used in small amounts as a culinary seed with a gentle sedative quality that supports sleep and anxiety reduction. Culturally significant in many traditions. Use as a spice in healing recipes — not in large medicinal doses.

Psyllium Husk6

✅ Include A fiber-rich seed husk that sweeps the colon, binds toxins (including heavy metals and pathogen die-off byproducts) for safe elimination, and slows glucose absorption to support blood sugar balance. One of the most effective natural colon cleansing tools available. Must always be taken with a full glass of water — never dry. Excellent during colon reset protocols and detox phases. Avoid during extreme adrenal depletion where hydration is already compromised.

Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)36

✅ Include A dual-frequency seed that both grounds and cleanses. Rich in zinc, magnesium, and cucurbitin — a compound that paralyzes intestinal parasites for elimination. One of the most important antiparasitic foods in the plant kingdom. Also supports prostate health, immune function, and blood sugar stabilization. Eat raw or dry-roasted without added oils, salt, or commercial coatings. A foundational seed for Empaths in both stabilizing and cleansing phases.

Sacha Inchi Seeds3

⚡ Optional High in plant-based omega-3s and supportive for brain and reproductive system rebuilding. Best used post-active-cleansing as a rebuilding and nervous system repair food. Can be energetically heavy for some sensitive systems — if you feel sluggish or foggy after eating them, pause and reassess. Avoid if liver is actively inflamed or if there is a history of histamine reactivity.

Sesame Seeds (Regular and Black)3

✅ Include A mineral-rich, deeply grounding seed that supports bone strength, hormone health, and liver detoxification through its lignin content. Excellent source of calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Black sesame seeds carry a deeper, more spiritually protective quality than white sesame — they nourish the kidney essence and jing (life force) in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both forms are healing. Use as tahini (sesame butter), sprinkled on healing bowls, or as sesame milk. Source unhulled sesame for the highest mineral content.

Sunflower Seeds3

✅ Include Nourish the adrenal glands, regulate blood sugar, and support brain function with their rich vitamin E and B vitamin content. Sunflower sprouts (see Vegetables Library) carry an even more concentrated healing profile — the seed in sprouted form is more powerful than the raw seed alone. Best raw or dry-roasted without oils or added salt. Support those recovering from chronic fatigue and emotional depletion.

Watermelon Seeds6

✅ Include Often discarded but deeply underestimated. Rich in magnesium, zinc, iron, and natural enzymes that support liver detox and kidney filtration. One of the most liver-supportive seeds in the plant kingdom. Can be eaten sprouted, roasted, or blended into smoothies during cleansing phases. When eating whole watermelon, swallowing the seeds delivers their benefit directly.

🚫 DISTORTION — AVOID
Betel Nuts (Areca catechu)Avoid

Psychoactive and carcinogenic with regular use. Associated with oral cancers and serious endocrine disruption. Not appropriate for any healing protocol.

Bitter AlmondsAvoid

Contain amygdalin which converts to cyanide in the body. Toxic. Never consume.

Caramel, Flavored, or Coated Almonds/NutsAvoid

Any nut coated in sugar, artificial flavoring, caramel, honey-roasting, or oil-based seasoning is a distortion food regardless of the nut underneath. The coatings feed pathogens, spike blood sugar, and carry chemical additives that burden the liver. Strip the coating and find the real food — or skip them entirely.

Ginkgo Nuts (Raw)Avoid

Contain ginkgotoxin — a neurotoxic compound that causes seizures, particularly in children. Even in adults, regular consumption is not safe. Use ginkgo leaf extract (from the Herbs Library) instead.

Horse ChestnutsAvoid

Toxic and inedible. Contain aesculin which causes serious poisoning. Easily confused with sweet chestnuts. Do not consume in any form.

PeanutsAvoid

Peanuts are not recommended within the 369 Blueprint Method™ for several important reasons. They are one of the most mold-prone foods available — aflatoxins (mold toxins that accumulate in peanuts) are potently hepatotoxic and carcinogenic. They are high in arginine — the amino acid that viruses, particularly EBV and the herpes family, require to replicate. Most commercial peanuts are also GMO or heavily sprayed. The casual, nostalgic comfort energy of peanuts does not outweigh their significant healing burden. Use almonds, hemp seeds, or sunflower seeds as cleaner, safer alternatives.

Nuts and seeds are powerful medicine when used with awareness. Let your healing phase — stabilizing, cleansing, or elevating — guide which ones you reach for, and always honor the wisdom of going slow, going clean, and going small.
