The 369 Healing Vegetables Library™
Kill the Bugs Edition

By Jodi Jones | The 369 Blueprint Method™

Vegetables are the anchor foods of the healing journey.

They provide minerals, support the liver, detoxify the colon, and rebuild the nervous system. Some ground you. Some help you release. All of them help you come back into your body.

Use this section to reconnect with vegetables as vibrational tools — not obligations. Your sensitivity will guide which ones are right for you in each phase of healing.

The more alive the vegetable, the more clearly you'll hear your body.

How to Use This Library

Notice which vegetables your body leans toward when you are:

• Anxious → root vegetables

• Overstimulated → leafy greens

• Sluggish → bitter brassicas

• Depleted → squashes and soft greens

You don't need to know why — just trust the pull. Let the plant kingdom recalibrate you. Your body speaks in cravings. Listen in frequency.

A note on quality: Always choose organic when possible. Conventionally grown vegetables carry pesticide, herbicide, and fungicide residues that suppress the liver, disrupt the endocrine system, and feed the toxic load you are trying to clear. If you can't go fully organic, prioritize organic for the most heavily sprayed crops: spinach, kale, celery, bell peppers, leafy greens, and potatoes.

A note on fat and vegetables: Vegetables — especially leafy greens and detox vegetables — deliver their full healing signal when kept low-fat. Drenching them in oils, heavy dressings, or combining them with large amounts of avocado or nuts during active healing phases suppresses their therapeutic effect. Steam, raw, bake, or use light lemon juice. Let the plant do its work.

Tesla Frequency Key:

• 🔷 3 = Stabilizing (grounding, rebuilding, adrenal support, nervous system nourishment)

• 🔶 6 = Cleansing (liver support, lymph movement, pathogen clearing, detox activation)

• 💠 9 = Elevating (neural repair, intuitive activation, consciousness support)

HEALING VEGETABLES A–Z
Artichoke6

Supports liver and gallbladder drainage through its active compound cynarin. Helps dissolve energetic congestion and stagnant emotion in detox pathways. One of the most liver-supportive vegetables available — particularly valuable during active cleansing phases.

Arugula9

Stimulates circulation, awakens inner clarity, and carries a sharp vibrational charge for emotional movement. Slightly bitter — activates the solar plexus and helps push through hesitation and stagnation. Excellent raw in salads.

Asparagus6

Flushes the kidneys, clears heat from the liver, and restores fluid movement in the body. Asparagus contains asparagine — a natural diuretic that supports urinary tract cleansing. Useful during emotional cleansing phases when stored tension needs to move.

Aubergine (Eggplant)6

Breaks through internal density, clears inflammation from the colon, and strengthens boundaries around energetic absorption. Rich in antioxidants, particularly nasunin which protects brain cell membranes.

Avocado3Optional

Minimize During Active Healing Phases Deeply nourishing and heart-opening. Contains healthy fats, potassium, and B vitamins that can support emotional grounding and adrenal nourishment. However — high-fat foods including avocado suppress the liver's ability to cleanse and allow glucose to reach the organs, nerves, and brain effectively. Fat also creates an environment that allows viruses to thrive. During active pathogen-clearing, liver-healing, or heavy cleansing phases, minimize or avoid avocado. If you do eat it, eat it alone or with vegetables — never combine with fruit. Use sparingly and with discernment.

Beet69

Priority Cleansing Vegetable Builds and purifies the blood, opens the heart field, and encourages suppressed emotional release through the body. Supports liver detoxification and bile production. Betalain pigments in beets have powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Eat raw, juiced, or lightly steamed — cooking reduces some of the therapeutic compounds. Beet juice is particularly powerful for liver and blood cleansing.

Beet Greens6

The greens of the beet plant are even more mineral-dense than the root. Rich in iron, calcium, and antioxidants. Cleanse the blood, support the liver, and strengthen the vascular system. Do not discard the greens — they are a healing food in their own right. Sauté lightly or add to smoothies.

Bok Choy3

Cools the gut, hydrates cellular tissues, and nourishes with subtle grounding energy. Rich in calcium and vitamin K. Excellent for gentle restoration during adrenal rebuilding phases.

Broccoli6

Flushes acidic waste, supports mental clarity, and encourages emotional regulation. Rich in sulforaphane — a powerful compound that activates the body's own antioxidant defenses and supports liver phase II detoxification. Lightly steam to preserve sulforaphane and enzyme content.

Broccoli Sprouts69

Priority Detox Food Broccoli sprouts contain up to 100 times more sulforaphane than mature broccoli. Sulforaphane is one of the most powerful naturally occurring detox and anti-cancer compounds identified. Activates the Nrf2 pathway — the body's master antioxidant switch. Supports liver detoxification, neurological protection, heavy metal clearing, and gut microbiome repair. A small handful of broccoli sprouts delivers extraordinary therapeutic value. Eat raw — cooking destroys the enzyme that produces sulforaphane.

Broccolini6

Lighter than broccoli but equally detoxifying. Supports energetic transition states and nervous system recalibration. A gentle introduction to brassica cleansing for sensitive systems.

Broccoli Rabe6

Bitter greens that move the liver, activate bile flow, and stimulate the gut. Encourages assertive emotional release and recalibrated confidence. One of the most liver-activating vegetables in the brassica family.

Brussels Sprouts6

Powerful for clearing colon toxins and restoring digestive intelligence. Rich in glucosinolates that support liver detox pathways. Helps lift grief and emotional residue stored in the gut. Lightly roasted or steamed for digestive ease.

Cabbage (Chinese/Napa)3

Gentle, stabilizing, and deeply hydrating. Excellent for re-grounding after intense cleansing or energetic spiritual shifts.

Cabbage (Green)3

Restores gut lining and emotional equilibrium. Contains glutamine precursors that support the mucosal lining of the digestive tract. Calms emotional reactivity stored in the gut. Excellent raw as juice for gut healing.

Cabbage (Purple/Red)36

Antioxidant-rich and emotionally clarifying. The anthocyanins that give it its color are powerful brain-protective and anti-inflammatory compounds. Clears static from the energetic field and brightens inner vision.

Cabbage (Savoy)3

Soft, sweet, and grounding. Supports gut stability and emotional comfort during nervous system repair phases.

Carrots3

Stabilizes blood sugar, uplifts mood, and supports clarity of thought. Rich in beta-carotene which the liver converts to vitamin A for immune function and mucosal healing. A root food for emotional confidence and stability.

Cauliflower36

Gently clears inflammation, supports gut-brain recalibration, and helps quiet mental overstimulation. Contains choline which supports liver fat metabolism and neurotransmitter production.

Celeriac (Celery Root)3

Grounds excess mental energy and strengthens digestive pathways. A stabilizer when emotions are chaotic and the nervous system needs anchoring. Rich in vitamin K and phosphorus.

Celery6

Priority Healing Vegetable One of the most powerfully recommended healing foods in the 369 Blueprint Method™. Celery contains unique sodium cluster salts that rebuild and restore the stomach's hydrochloric acid — critical for pathogen defense and protein digestion. These sodium cluster salts also flush the liver, purify the blood, and support the central nervous system. Celery restores inner calm, mental clarity, and emotional regulation. Eat raw, juiced, or added to soups and stews. See Celery Juice entry for the most therapeutic form.

Celery Juice (Fresh)6

Priority Morning Protocol Fresh celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is one of the most therapeutically potent healing practices within the 369 Blueprint Method™. When juiced and taken alone on an empty stomach, celery's sodium cluster salts are delivered directly to the liver, digestive tract, and central nervous system without interference. Supports hydrochloric acid restoration, pathogen defense, liver cleansing, nervous system repair, and emotional regulation. 16 oz minimum daily. Use organic celery only. Juice and drink immediately — do not store or blend (blending destroys the sodium cluster salts). Do not add anything to it. This is one of the most important daily healing practices for Empaths.

Chard (Red and Swiss)6

Strengthens the blood, re-energizes depleted fields, and lifts stagnant emotion from the energetic core. Rich in iron, magnesium, and potassium. Supports adrenal rebuilding and kidney function.

Chicory6

Cleanses deep toxicity from the colon and liver while fortifying internal boundaries. Rich in calcium, vitamin K, and glucosinolates. Supports courage in emotional transitions and deep healing phases.

Corn (Organic, Non-GMO Only)3

Organic and Non-GMO Only Offers grounding through sacred carbohydrate energy. Anchors the system when cleansing or spiritual expansion feels unsteady. Rich in glucose for adrenal and brain support. Important: Always choose certified organic and non-GMO corn only. Conventional corn is one of the most heavily genetically modified and herbicide-sprayed crops. GMO corn and its residues are not frequency-aligned and work against the healing process.

Cress (Watercress)6

One of the most nutrient-dense leafy greens available. Activates lymphatic drainage, clears low-level stagnation, and delivers a concentrated dose of vitamins K, C, and A. Watercress has specific liver-protective compounds that support detoxification enzymes. A subtle but highly effective mover of energetic and physical debris.

Cucumber36

Deeply hydrating and emotionally cooling. Flushes inflammation from the kidneys and urinary tract, calms inner agitation, and restores physical and emotional lightness. One of the most hydrating foods available — 96% water with electrolytes. Excellent raw, juiced, or in cooling summer meals.

Daikon Radish6

Clears mucus, stimulates liver filtration, and assists emotional clearing through the gut. Helps move suppressed anger and stagnant liver energy. A powerful digestive bitter used in Japanese medicine for centuries. Excellent raw or lightly pickled.

Endive6

Bitter, cleansing, and clarifying. Helps flush stuck emotion and bring energetic truth to the surface. Contains inulin for prebiotic gut support. Helps dissolve clouded emotional patterns.

Fennel Bulb3

The bulb of the fennel plant (distinct from fennel seed in the herb library) is deeply stabilizing for the digestive and nervous systems. Relieves bloating, soothes gut cramping, and supports hormonal balance. Contains anethole — an anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic compound. Excellent raw in salads or roasted. Particularly supportive for Empaths with gut-brain axis sensitivity and digestive anxiety.

Garlic6

Potent pathogen purifier. Antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic. Cuts through energetic toxicity in the body's field. Raw garlic is the most therapeutically potent form — pressing or chopping activates allicin, the primary antimicrobial compound. Use with spiritual discernment and in rotation with other antiparasitic tools.

One of the most nutrient-dense plants on earth. Contains over 90 nutrients and 46 antioxidants. Supports liver detoxification, reduces inflammation, and provides a broad spectrum of bioavailable vitamins and minerals. Particularly rich in iron, calcium, and complete amino acids. Supports both physical cleansing and cognitive clarity and elevation. Use fresh leaves, lightly cooked, or as a powder added to smoothies. Start with small amounts.

Mushrooms (Culinary — General)3Optional

Use With Discernment Culinary mushrooms connect root energy and support the body's relationship with the unseen world. However, use discernment during active healing phases. Within the 369 Blueprint Method™, medicinal mushrooms (reishi, lion's mane, chaga — listed in the Herbs library) are prioritized over culinary mushrooms for deep healing work. Those dealing with active fungal overgrowth, candida, or certain chronic viral conditions may find culinary mushrooms aggravating. If you are in an active clearing phase, prioritize medicinal mushrooms over culinary varieties and monitor your body's response carefully.

Mustard Greens69

Sharp and activating. Breaks up energetic stagnation and stirs suppressed emotion toward release. Rich in glucosinolates and vitamin K. Stimulating to the liver and lymphatic system.

Peas — Snap Sugar3

Crisp, hydrating, and calming. Helps soothe the nervous system and reestablish energetic flexibility in overstimulated Empaths.

Peas — Snow3

Light and alkalizing. Supports fluidity in thought and emotion during times of transition and energetic shifting.

Peppers — Anaheim6

Warming and cleansing without overwhelming heat. Moves liver stagnation, supports circulation, and supports boundary repair.

Peppers — Sweet/Bell36

Hydrating, cooling, and emotionally softening. High in vitamin C — particularly red bell peppers which contain more vitamin C than oranges. Helps settle nervous tension and brings warmth back to the heart space.

Potatoes (White, Yellow, Red — With Skin)3

Priority Healing Vegetable One of the most powerful and undervalued healing foods in the 369 Blueprint Method™ — significantly misunderstood in modern health culture. Potatoes deliver clean, bioavailable glucose directly to the liver, adrenals, and brain. They are one of the most complete nervous system foods available — rich in potassium, B6, and the amino acids lysine and glycine. Deeply stabilizing for Empaths whose adrenals and nervous systems are depleted. Always eat with the skin (the skin contains the highest concentration of healing compounds). Bake, steam, or boil — do not deep fry. Avoid adding oils or fats which suppress the healing benefit.

Pumpkin3

Nourishing and deeply restorative. Supports emotional safety, root energy, and gentle digestive regulation. Rich in beta-carotene, potassium, and zinc. A comfort food that genuinely heals.

Cleanses heat from the gut, supports adrenal recalibration, and hydrates overworked systems. Calms both the physical body and the energetic field. Light and easy to digest — an excellent healing food for sensitive systems in active cleansing phases.

⚠️ Vegetables to Use With Caution or Avoid

Conventionally Sprayed Produce The most important rule in vegetable selection is sourcing. Pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides on non-organic vegetables suppress the liver, disrupt the endocrine system, and add to the toxic burden you are trying to clear. The most heavily sprayed vegetables to always buy organic: spinach, kale, celery, bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, and all leafy greens.

GMO Vegetables Genetically modified vegetables — primarily corn, soy, and some squash — carry altered protein structures and are paired with herbicide-resistant chemistry that accumulates in tissues. Always verify non-GMO status, especially for corn products.

Avocado During Active Healing While not inherently harmful, avocado and other high-fat whole foods suppress the liver's cleansing capacity during active healing phases. Minimize during pathogen clearing and liver-healing protocols. See full Avocado entry above.

Culinary Mushrooms During Fungal Protocols If you are working on clearing candida or fungal overgrowth, temporarily minimize culinary mushrooms. Prioritize medicinal mushrooms (reishi, lion's mane, chaga) from the Herbs Library instead.

Vegetables bring you home to your body. Let them anchor you, cleanse you, and feed you back to yourself one meal at a time.
