How to choose — the frequency way

One ally does many jobs at once. Lemon balm alone calms the nervous system, soothes digestion, and helps kill bugs. So you don't need a cupboard full of bottles — you need a small, well-chosen set that covers your bases across the three frequencies.

Muscle testing — let your body choose

Kinesiology, or muscle testing, is a simple way to ask your body a yes-or-no question and feel its answer. Your body knows what it needs — this is how you listen.

The Sway Test. Stand still, feet hip-width, eyes closed. Hold the supplement to your heart. Wait. A gentle sway forward is a yes; swaying back is a no.

The Finger Ring Test. Make a ring with your thumb and index finger on one hand. With the other hand's finger, try to gently pull the ring open as you hold the supplement. Ring stays strong = yes. Ring breaks = no.

The Standing Arm Test. Hold the supplement in one hand, extend the other arm out. Have a partner press gently down as you resist. Strong = yes. Weak = no.
