What is a Shock Therapy?

A Shock Therapy is a short, intense surge of a single ally — much higher than its everyday dose — used when your body is in an acute flare: a virus taking hold, a gut infection, a nervous system in free-fall, a migraine season, a UTI brewing.

The rules are simple: choose the ONE shock that matches your flare, run it during waking hours only, keep it short (each card tells you how long), drink plenty of water, and when the flare passes, return to regular dosing. A shock is a sprint, not a lifestyle.

If you take any prescription medication, check with your provider before running a shock — these are potent doses.

Absorption tip: take liquid tinctures in a little coconut water or fresh fruit juice — it helps your body absorb them. Where a shock card says "a little water" or "hold in the mouth," follow the card; otherwise, coconut water is your friend.
